Very disappointing experience and a waste of time! Even though I had asked for the most experienced stylist (the one I liked was not available), the owner set me up with (as it turned out) her teenage daughter who was late more than 15 minutes, never apologized for it, seemed to have been a students (not too handy with the tools or the way she handled hair), did a sloppy job, and then the owner tried to convince me that the highlights were perfect; even though she must have used wrong color and /or toner and she had to have been coached while doing so by other more experienced hair stylists! Normally, in 3 hours I used to have color, haircut, and styling done. This time after 3 hours...my hair looked just like I came in (no visible highlights!) and the hair was still damp! I was beyond mad! Most of all, because of the owner's attitude when she was trying to talk me into paying the full price just for the...effort! Hair salons are in the business of outcomes not effort! Very unprofessional and discourteous treatment! The owner is taking clients for granted -- shame on you, lady! Never ever go back there again!

My sister started going here a few years ago and she travels all the way from Homer Glen! Well she always looks great so I decided to try it out. I have gone to a few hair stylists and very happy with each. Donna has given me great advice on changes to make or not make to avoid damaging my hair. I love this place!

I went there just for hair styling, I even came 15 min befor the appointment, the appointment was for 7 o'clock in the morning and it was my daughter first communion day, it turned out the hair stylist that should be taking care of me was curling her own chilled hair and because of that she took me at 8:30 o'clock I was the last one in church I was very disappointed in her service, hope they improve on the service
