When I first started going here it was truly a wonderful experience. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Reason I took away a star is the staff seems to change very fast. Which can be a bummer when you become accustomed to a particular stylist. Overall the ambience is peaceful, decor impressive and service has been lovely.

This place is amazing!!! They're very friendly, prompt, and professional. I went in for a silk press and that's exactly what I received. My hair is bouncy and almost doesn't feel like my own. Definitely all natural. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to better their hair.

I started going to Huetiful Salon in April 2017 and remain a regular customer. My experience has been great and consistent! The first stylist to service my hair was Shakeeka. From day one, she provided great service. She is very attentive to my request, talks through things to make sure we are on the same page, and has even done a test on my hair before starting the full service to ensure I'm satisfied. Other great stylist that have serviced me are: Brenda, Charita, and Kim. Between the great service, hours, and free steam treatments, it's a win-win!

I visited 4 years ago and fell in love with the steam treatment, I bc’d twice and went to CC they changed location so I decided to take on the new menu(intimidating, not user friendly on updated site) and chose the blow out bar (was able to get a next day appt for something hard to mess up) I spent just under 2 hours (perfect) my hair-story was asked, my preferences were asked and confirmed, I got a trim as well and it was done well.curls held 3 days (1 night of dancing) no touchup but my roots were still pretty straight. Will go back.

The Chicago location is extremely unprofessional in the way that they book appointments. I booked an appointment for my mom, but they rescheduled the appointment with no notice. I created an account with huetiful, but the receptionist failed to contact my number even though I repeatedly told her that we were related, and if there was a problem she should have contacted me. The account system was explained to me quite confusingly which caused an issue from the start. There should have been no way possible that an overbooking could have occurred with one stylist, whereas, my mom had to sacrifice her appointment, showing how disorganized this establishment is. I will never patronize this business especially because the prices are unreasonable for a simple blow out and style($75-90). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU ENCOUNTER THIS PLACE.
