So I went to this location because my talented stylist works there. I planned on getting a crochet hair style. I have combination 4a-4c hair (mostly 4c), she prefers my hair be blow dryed straight. I eventually complied. This seemed to be a problem. The guy around the front desk and the assumed assigned blow dryer were talking to each other, in their primary language, and looking at me, the assumed blow dryer with disdain. Once the assigned blow dryer was done with his current customer. He stood over me looking down at my hand which held my wallet, phone, and service ticket. He didn't say anything so I asked him what he needed. He didn't say anything and snatched the ticket from my hand! Still saying nothing he gave it back. He is able to speak English I heard him. I walked over to my stylist and told her what had just happened and told her I was leaving. I did hear someone saying excuse me as I walked to my stylist but I was done. I was not going to allow this man to snatch around in my head. I'm a nurse, I know how customers should be treated and there is no way I would then or ever patronize this business.

Prices are higher than my usual location, but it's a good trade off for the hours they're open. I pay about $10 extra for services, but I don't have to wait all morning for them to open.

Beware!!! They try to take advantage of teenagers. My little sister needed her hair done for homecoming, so she called and told them her hair type (natural), and they informed her a wash and style would be $40. After she had her hair done, I asked the price and they told her it would $75, which is outrageous!! It took them 3hrs to do a wash and style on short hair and they only bumped her hair!! I will never return!! It's sad, that they would misrepresent themselves in that way. And do not go to Emad, he is subpar, especially if you have natural hair.
