This salon is upscale, classy, and fancy. The employees are quite professional and friendly. While shopping I broke one nail, so I went in for a fix. Usually it cost $3 for a fix but here it was $15. I assumed this is where celebrities get dolled up; but she stated they actually book private appointments to their rooms. Further more, welcome to Vegas! My nail looks great!

Such a great experience! The ladies were very professional and easy to talk to. Such a clean and beautiful salon. I highly recommend you go to them when you are in town.

This place is great. An all in one beauty salon in miracle Mile. You can get your hair, nails and make up all done in one spot. I got my make up done here by Sarah and I was really happy with the results. She made my eyebrows look amazing. I had a glass of champagne while she did my make up. It was really fun getting my make up professionally done!

I was on vacation and went into get a manicure and pedicure. The manicure lasted less than a day. I had one nail peel up, went back in to have it fixed. The rest of the nails started peeling over the next two days. I contacted them to complain and was told to come in again but I was already flying home. I asked for a partial refund as I had to go in locally to have my nails completely redone only 4 days later. I paid $135. Completely unacceptable and very unsatisfactory response regarding my concerns so far. They overcharged my credit card as my bill was $95 plus 20% tip and never gave me a receipt. Then because I didnâ€™t have a receipt even though I contacted them immediately and had already been in once to have a nail fixed, they offered me $20 back. I have asked for a receipt of my services and for the owner contact information and still have received nothing. Iâ€™ve contacted my credit card company, filed a complaint with the Nevada health department, and will continue to let people know what an awful experience Iâ€™ve had over a simple gel manicure that they couldnâ€™t do properly. Luckily the competent place I go to locally was able to completely redo my nails for another $60. Iâ€™ve never had such awful customer service anywhere!

I have recently had a lash infill at Original Diva this morning and paid $75. They were worth every doller. The salon is relaxing clean and staff are friendly. My lashes look amazing! As a trained beautician myself I often find faults in salons and can very rarely give a five star review but this place is now go to lash top-up when visiting Vegas. Thank you all!
