I was on vacation and went into get a manicure and pedicure. The manicure lasted less than a day. I had one nail peel up, went back in to have it fixed. The rest of the nails started peeling over the next two days. I contacted them to complain and was told to come in again but I was already flying home. I asked for a partial refund as I had to go in locally to have my nails completely redone only 4 days later. I paid $135. Completely unacceptable and very unsatisfactory response regarding my concerns so far. They overcharged my credit card as my bill was $95 plus 20% tip and never gave me a receipt. Then because I didn’t have a receipt even though I contacted them immediately and had already been in once to have a nail fixed, they offered me $20 back. I have asked for a receipt of my services and for the owner contact information and still have received nothing. I’ve contacted my credit card company, filed a complaint with the Nevada health department, and will continue to let people know what an awful experience I’ve had over a simple gel manicure that they couldn’t do properly. Luckily the competent place I go to locally was able to completely redo my nails for another $60. I’ve never had such awful customer service anywhere!
