We love this place very nice customer service never had no problem one lady Michelle cuts the boys hair all the time we refer her she is good thank y'all for being so nice. My son eats up there lollipops and they don't mind that the only way he can get his hair cut

This review is for the 3600 N Duke Street location in Durham, NC: I've taken my 3 year old grandson there twice now and he's a tough customer. He isn't one for small talk, definitely had never sat still for a haircut and there has been crying and histrionics. Not for Cathy, though. He's never thrilled to be there, but he lets me sit him up in the chair, he likes the cute undersea creatures on the cape she uses...but most importantly, she is kind and gentle but not cutesy or too chatty with him. She understands that the key is to work quickly and keep it calm and my help is very minimal, maybe helping him to hold his chin down so she can even up the back. From the first successful visit with no stress or trauma, I was sold on Cathy and we've now had our second successful visit, again with good, quick work and no drama--I'm sold! We drive 21 miles down from Roxboro just to see Cathy and Cathy only and will continue to do so from now on--giving him a lollipop afterwards seals the deal for him--he even gave her a high-five this time. Thank you, Cathy for your kindness and skill in dealing with very skeptical, frightened toddlers!!! I appreciate you so much!
