Please read post! I cannot believe I went to this place. Horrible experience and waste of money, time and energy. The owner/stylist - Inda or Ada cannot braid and is rude and very mean. I got kinky twist done and I kid you not within a week my real hair was shooting through the twist and the twist were loose and not done properly. I called and told her that the hair was coming apart and they needed to be redone and I asked how much that would cost and she got rude and said we never had that happen and clearly that was lie b/c I should have paid attention to the previous bad reviews done on the stylist and salon. I told her I would come in to let her see and decided I was not for her to do another bang up job. I should have to show that the twist were horrible and done incorrectly. Also, the shop looks like a junk yard. She had stuff everywhere and a tiny area for doing hair. I should have walked away then. That shop is a mess and I'm not even making any of this up!!!! I called her back a week later which is now week 2 and she said it would be a another $180 to get kinky twist redone and said you have lost a customer b/c you messed up my hair and you think I'm going to pay another $180 in week 2 we should not even be having the convo week 1 or 2 for braids. I told her I have never ever had this happen and I have been getting braids for years. I went back to my normal hair braiders and should have stuck with them. After taking my hair a loose I found that she chopped off a chuck of my hair in the front when she clipping the loose hairs from my braids. After I asked for my money back she said I was I was scammer and she extended her hand out to me when she asked how much I wanted to pay to get it redone after she messed up my hair. I told her originally I should not have to pay anything after she messed up my hair and then she said I wanted a free hair-do and free money. I said I gave you free money when you messed up my hair. I told her I was taking her to court and she laughed at me and said. "I could take it to the supreme court of justice." Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this junk yard of a hair shop.
