I called and made an appointment the day before only to get there to locked doors. Once she finally did come 20 minutes later she had another client she hadn’t mentioned and just asked me to sit and wait?!! As I’m googling other salons she tells me I’ll have to wait for her to put 7,686 braids in this lady’s head before she can do my 2....... just 2 braids!!!! Needless to say I left I was not pleased with the customer service at all.

Who ever I spoke to this morning was nice until I mentioned the coupon. Then attitude change and very unprofessional. I apologize if me asking about the coupon made you feel a certain way. But for future references if there is a error made on your end. all you have to do is say it is a mistake, apologize and move forward. #Whereisthegoodcustomerservicethesedays

I got my hair braided recently, and they look awesome, the service was fast, courteous and efficient. I was out in no time, I just wish they engaged more conversations with their clients.

this lady is a crook and stole my money off my debit card failing to return it for services she did not do!!!! If you go to this fraud make sure u pay in cash
