This was my first time going to this shop. 1. They was late getting to the shop but she ended up getting $20 off my hair 2. Braids are too tight, close together, and it's too many braids in the front. I told the girl that was doing my hair that it was too tight, she said it's not tight 😡 Like it's not on my head, I know if it's tight. I had to mention it four times before she took the braids a loose. 3. After their mom left they played and talked very loud the whole time. I already had a headache because my braids where too tight. One of the girls just kept on walking away. I would have been done a hour early if she didn't keep on walking away. 4. Other than the braids being too tight, close together, and too many braids in the front. The braids were neat but i paid $220 for my braids, they should be perfect 2 OF THE DAUGHTERS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AND THEY DON'T LISTEN DON'T WASTE UR MONEY GETTING UR HAIR DONE FROM THEM THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE THE DAUGHTERS WROTE THEM, SO DON'T BELIEVE IT. AND I ENEDED UP GETTING SCAPES IN THE FRONT OF MY HEAD. THEN SHANELL TOLD ME TO COME BACK TO THE SHOP AND SHE WOULD FIX IT. THEN THE DAUGHTERS REFUSED TO FIX IT.

Awful. She sent me to a different location than the address advertised because she didn't understand the style I explained. I got to the second address she tried to say I didn't have enough hair. So I thought she was going use some of the hair in the shop she BARELY used the hair she had, and tried to stretch the pack I had. the style lasted for about 6 days tops. I would never come back here again, The style looked great for 2 days. Hair came a loose and you can tell it was done very sloppily. I would just pay top price somewhere else than trying to get it done for a low price for low grade work.

Did a great job in braiding my hair the exact way the picture looked that I showed them. I thought it was a lil pricey. But, at least the shop was clean being as though it is a hair shop and the customer service was on point, as well. 👌🏽👍🏽

They are the most nice and respectful people i had a bad experience with a sew in and when I tell you princess and her sister brought me back to life i promise y'all i will make that 6 hour drive just to get my hair done they are the truth thanks ladies y'all made me feel real welcome
