Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I have ever received. Christy called an hour prior to our appointment (after waiting 2 months) and asked to reschedule so I said it would be an inconvenience because I had already gotten a babysitter and I never got a reply text or call. Never heard back. Completely ignored me after being very polite. I wasn't even sure if I was still supposed to show up or not because we never agreed on a reschedule.

I went to Kristina to have some long extensions put in and she did a great job. It has been a couple of months now and they are still looking good and staying in. Kristina gave me tips on taking care of them and helped me understand how to keep them looking good. I felt dumpy and felt like a mom and now I feel like a sexy college student. I love my extensions.

I travel to Portland for extended periods of time and needed to find a colorist/stylist for the times for when I am in the area. I was totally stressed, but then I found Kristina. She eased all my concerns, and now I only want to get my hair done by her. My cut has been great and easy to work with, and my highlights get me compliments all the time. If you are looking for an "easy button" experience....go see Kristina...you'll be happy that you did!
