I was so looking forward to getting my hair trimmed and colored for a couple weeks, as I read such great reviews. I am so upset with how short my hair is, the excessive layering, and the color. My appointment felt very rushed and my stylist didn't listen to or explain anything to me. I thoroughly explained that I was growing my hair out prior to the cut...and when I mentioned again about the length, her reply was "it will grow out by the summer." (Awesome-because that's 6 months away.) As for the color-the stylist did say I could come back another day to get it fixed. It was a nice offer- but I don't have time to do that. Overall, the experience was terrible and I don't like my hair one bit. The salon follows up with a feedback email where I voiced these concerns again-and no response. So disappointing all around.

Simply the best in the City of Philadelphia. Nicole is my very favorite. She is amazing as a stylist and colorist. I always look like I am ready for a phot shoot when I leave her. All of the stylists are so very sweet and the front desk girls are very friendly and professional. I am sorry that I have not been able to get there recently, but I certainly will again!!

Nicole did my hair for a major event and it looked incredible. I told her I wanted something elegant and classic, but didn't bring in any pictures so she could make realistic choices based on my hair type. She really delivered a beautiful up-do! Even better, it stayed put through the entire evening and looked just as flawless when I walked home! She was very friendly and worked fast too, I would definitely recommend her for a big event or wedding.

I started seeing Ashley C. back in April when I decided to go from very dark brown to blonde. Five months later and four processes in, I cannot say enough great things about my color and experience. She is extremely diligent and takes her time with my balayage. My hair is still healthy because she is knowledgeable and knew what to use. I can't say enough positive things about her and the team at Vanity!!! The salon is beautiful and the customer service is premiere. Five stars!
