This was my first time at the salon. I was able to book an appointment online and last minute. The salon was clean and everyone was very kind and professional. Heather cut and styled my hair, which I've already been complimented on while going home. I appreciated her answering my all my questions during the process and her explanation as she worked. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer.

I love Laura and Lauren!! They have the best personalities and always do an awesome job on my hair. Blair and Gretchen are great too. I always leave feeling prettier :) It is on the pricier end, but we all owe it to ourselves to treat ourselves. My only gripe is that the people who wash hair are inconsistent- some give you hand massages and scalp massages and some don't...and we all want massages EVERY time.

Amazing balayage ombré highlights !! First time going and it’ll be my go to salon from here on out. They were nice and very interested in helping me get the look I wanted. I have dark black Asian hair but they were able to do my highlights perfectly

WATCH OUT FOR THEIR PRICING SCAMS. This place charged me almost $80 for a basic blow-out that is listed on the website for $40+. While I understand there was a plus sign next to the 40, that never means double the price for no reason. I could have easily gone to DryBar or another salon where this service is $40-50 max. Not to mention, it wasn't a good blow-out at all. Never returning.

I recently moved to this location from the West Philadelphia Studio, they are great. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely nice. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.
