I took my son there for a cut, and the person cutting his hair just really didn't know how to handle kids. I mean, it wasn't my son's first hair cut, and we've never had any problems with sitting still, etc., before, but this person just seemed like they couldn't handle it. He made me give my son my phone to keep him distracted, he started getting frustrated and a bit angry, and he ended up cutting my son's ear. For comparison's sake, I just went somewhere else to get my son's hair cut, and the barber told me that my son was better behaved than some of the adults whose hair he cuts. It was a very strange experience, and, despite the fact that it is a bit cheaper, I don't think we'll be back to another SuperCuts.

I am a Soviet! After asking for a commie haircut, they completely shaved my side off when I asked for a 3 on the sides, not a 2. They clearly hate Russians and gave me a Asia boy haircut.

Terrible uneven haircut. Yes, they will "cut" your hair but I wouldn't call it "Super". Read the reviews, wish I did. Rather pay my friend next time or do it myself in a mirror, it would be better. Couldn't even fix it because they cut it too high on my neck (maybe the uneven line was even worse?) They must not pay staff good wages to attract any experienced talent. Most of the clients are older seniors who really don't care about the quality, only the cost. In the end, was quite upset but held my tongue about wanting my money back, just decided to write this instead for others to save their money and avoid this place. There are better places around the corner on South St. If you decide to go, remember, you have been warned. Also, one of the reviews says that you get a shampoo and wash with your cut, but that is a lie.
