THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! i came in at 2:00pm and didnâ€™t leave until almost 6!!!!!! they got my colors mixed up on my toes from my nails, so i had to change my entire color! then the polish on my toes was very messy and i asked 3 different people to fix it, no one serviced me! AND MY NAILS AND TOES WERE ALREADY PAID FOR! The owner did not want to give me back my money , no one felt that they were wrong for having a customer wait for so long. I will NEVER come to that nail salon again they are money hungry and very unprofessional!!!

I recently tried this nail salon this weekend while visiting my fiancÃ©. I have been getting my nails done at Asian salons for well over a decade and this by far has been the worst experience. The owner has by far the worst attitude and customer service skills that I have witnessed. While some people don't want to throw the race card out in situations like this, I must. I do not appreciate any business owner setting up an establishment in a predominately black neighborhood, making the bulk of their sales from the blacks in the neighborhood but yet in still not treating the people of the neighborhood with respect and dignity. This is a business and they should be held accountable for their actions. I personally witnessed women being talked to inappropriately and totally ignored. Myself and another potential customer asked the owner a direct question and she literally looked up at us and looked back down. It was if she was intentionally trying to ignore us. I understand that she could have possible been having a bad day but that does not justify you treating a human in such a cruel way but then expecting to collect money from them. So to all of you that goggle the closest nail salon and if Sexy Nails/Doris Nail Salon pops up, take my advice steer clear. I DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF MY MONEY AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

I think this place uses DOLLER store nail polish mine didn't last a day and it was gel polish if I could post a pic of my nails you would see the horror im experiencing.

Their sign said open but when I walked in she said they were closed I said your door is wide open, the sign is obviously lit saying open and you are saying you're close? She said no more people and started speaking her language to other friends. That was disrespectful and rude.

My natural nails are long . I already had gel polish from 2 weeks before. They didn't take the polish off properly destroying my nails . I ended up having to cut them down to the nail bed because the were so thin and bendable . I couldn't even scratch my head it worluld hurt . Horrible job . My pedicure was the only thing I liked . That was ok. Just sadden at how bad my nails are . It's gonna take months to grow back.
