If you don’t get on their bad side they do a really great job. My sister was a client for a while. She has locs and her son always gets the cutest cut with a nice line. Well, about a month ago she was overcharged. She asked my other sister to meet her there so that they could move forward with their plans directly after. I happened to be with my sister at that time. So we both walked over. Gerber is the stylist. We spoke to her in the nicest manner. I didn’t think I needed to explain how we all ended up there especially since it was a good exchange. No violence. No arguing. Nothing. So the owner realized there was a big discrepancy and gave my sister her money. We all said pleasant goodbyes. Even Gerber was smiling and exchanged goodbyes. Fast forward. Yesterday my sister and her son walked in for the usual. They took her son first. Rob has been doing his curly top fade with a nice line for the longest. Now it looks his line was taken away. YOU BE THE JUDGE. Gerber then refused to do my sister’s hair and she was asked to leave. My sister was so hurt because she could’ve cleared up any confusion. No one was trying to bully or intimidate Gerber or the staff. We’re all sisters. Our kids are growing up together like siblings. We do most things together. I’m sorry if she’s never witnessed such. So in my opinion, they used an innocent 4 year old for payback and that’s vile. Tear up his hairline and kick them out. All because GERBER made a monetary mistake. And my sister clearly forgave her. As long as you have evil, vindictive staff like that they will never expand. My sister cried. She’s young. She was embarrassed. And hurt. She only wanted to fix a mistake made on the salon’s behalf and I pray that she finds another salon 10 times better with a care for kids. They may as well have just kicked the chair while he was in it. Shame on it all. GOD DONT LIKE UGLY.

Nice staff, my hair was lovely. Just disappointed the stylist decided in the middle of doing my hair to look and touch someone else’s hair that just walked in off the street and then continued to finish my hair. That’s unsanitary. Did I really need to tell her that?!

I really like Gerber, she does a great job and she's really nice and has a great personality as does the assistants. The other hair stylist isn't too nice from my own experience. I would definitely recommend Gerber for locs.

First and foremost my hair is Amazing! (Merlin) secondly, the environment was friendly but still professional. And lastly the music they played was current and popular. I made my next appointment as soon as I got out the dryer.

Owners are very professional. My hair always comes out looking really good. I just love coming here, this is the best natural salon I have ever been to.
