I've been a customer for about 6 or years and have only had positive experiences with all the staff here. The place is clean and very nicely decorated. My stylist is Natalie and she is awesome! Her speciality is corrective color, so if you've been somewhere else and not happy with the results I'd suggest going to Hair by Michael so you can have her fix it!

This lively salon was exactly what I was looking for. After spending WAY too much for a wash and trim at a main line salon, Hair by Michael in Springfield gave me the upscale feel without the ridiculous prices. Jessica, the salon owner, cut my hair, using minimal product and leaving me feeling light and refreshed. I was in and out under an hour with a cute new curled style that I received compliments on for the rest of the day! Thank you, Kelli and Jessica!

Hair by Michael is the place to go. My reason for this is because of Natalie. She is the most amazing colorist, hair stylist, hair dresser ever! She is meticulous In her work. Extremely professional and sweetest person I have ever met! She does a beautiful job every time!!
