I showed up mid 6/2018 to get dreads. In the past I crocheted my own hair down and had my dreads for 12 years! I had short hair to dread this time. I wanted to crochet my hair with extensions, asked for it, and was told i needed to braid and twist and my hair would loc-up in a couple months and the crochet would not work. She burns the ends down instead of twisting back up and singe! I paid $250 plus synthetic hair $50 to equal $325 with a tip as i sat for 13 hours! Within 3 days 3 “dreads” slipped out and I went back again asking for crochet method at the root. Denied again all the while watching others get crocheted! $20. Then 2 days later another 2 lost. $20. A week later another 4 slid. $20. No crocheting again! Two weeks later i had bad slipping and i was charged $60 for the repairs! And to buy more hair=$16 (A bag of synthetic is $2 at Masters!)I went two weeks later for my first tightening, again no crocheting, another $60 (7/28) and because I have silky hair (yes, im white) my money continued to be wasted and this time gel/beeswax mix was used to then put me in a dryer only to make it greasy. Everyone here speaks Congo french and many associates questioned my stylist on why no crocheting not knowing i understood what they were saying and at times some knew. Really!?! Its now 8/2018 and $520 later and i had to spend $200 with another stylist at another salon for 5 hours to wash my hair AND CROCHET my locs as i requested and fix over 17 of my 38 dreads as the twisting was horribly unravelling! 4 of my braids were not even containing my real hair and bound in with rubber bands! This was a disgraceful and very manipulating experience!

Got some box braids done for $150 i regret my money. They didn't do a good job at all, and they didn't do them like i wanted. Never going there again

Absolutely terrible they are scammers, they are money hungry. I took them to the magistrate because they did my faux locs and completely tore my hair out. the faux Locs lasted for two weeks and then they started to unravel I went back to the lady three times to have them fixed and they still kept unraveling. Eventually I asked for half of my money back they said no they gave me problems and I took them to the magistrate won the case and got absolutely nothing from them they are always at the magistrate they always lose their cases and then they don't pay a dime. I would advise you to go somewhere else this place is terrible these people talk in their language about you, just plain funky, unprofessional and loud. don't go here if you have any sense go somewhere else
