I have grey hair all over so I regularly get root color touch ups. I was serviced by Brent, one of their experienced colorists. I made it clear multiple times that my hair is stubborn and getting the roots fully covered was my goal, to which he reassured me. He was fine that day. Two days later I noticed a few strands that were not covered. I made a reappointment with Brent again and showed him. To which he responded that I was being hypercritical, the strands did not show unless you looked closely, and to him it was a good job. I asked him if he considered a few strands being left grey a good job to which he responded he did and again, that I was being hypercritical. We argued for five minutes and he asked me about how I was to other salons, if I was this hypercritical. He did agree to service me again but it was after attacking me and arguing back and forth. And he did apologize to me after I talked with the owner. But overall the experience was not worth my money. I understand if a colorist can not do the job perfectly the first time, but if I’m giving up my time to come again I expect decent treatment.
