I have been going to Nikki for a little over two years and she is one of the best. I do admit, at times it can take a while to get in the chair but that is because she is highly demanded. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting and her assistant Deb is wonderful too. I would absolutely recommend this salon. Nikki's work speak for its self! From weaves to natural she can slay.

I called this salon to make an appointment for mom for a post Mother's Day gift. When I called I let the person know this was an appointment for my mom and the lady asked if Saturday at 1pm was good. I said yes and I let her know that we would be going to an event that day that started at 8. My mom go down to the salon a little before 1. My mom called me around 2pm stating that she has not been service yet that she was still waiting. I could not believe this. To make a long story short my mom waited for almost 2 hours to be service and when I went down after she was done to pay, when I walk in I say hello and asked what happened. Nikki the owner had an attitude from the door she stated that they had to eat and she had clients before my mom and some other stuff I did not hear because I tuned her out because I do not do people that's not professional and rude. I asked her receptionist to run my card so I could pay and never come back again. These stylists need to stop over booking than she would been able to get to my mom as soon as she walked in the door and if she knew she was running late, she should had spoke to my mom about it and offered a discount. I would NEVER recommend this hair salon again. Before my mom going down I told a friend because I heard good things about the salon. I was going to become a client too. Terrible customer service and unprofessional.
