Very unpleasant time I have very prickly hairs that poke me when cut so I told then to wrap a paper towel around my neck but they said that I would always get hair on me understandable however when I got the actual haircut there was large intervals of time every few minutes only two barbers! I was ridiculed for giving feedback on the style I had received I lied and gave good feedback but now I am very unsatisfied with my hair I dunno why I trusted Walmart very disappointed.

Was extremely backed up with only one person working. We had time to kill so didnâ€™t mind the wait. Whomever came in after we had waited 1:30 must have been priority because the girl told them it would be 15 minutes for her to cut all 4 of my childrenâ€™s hair. And thatâ€™s what she attempted to do. Rush. First up was the baby, and surprising enough he wasnâ€™t a moving target, although you wouldnâ€™t know that from the end product. Nothing was blended and the front of his head is missing s huge chunk of hair. With the same speed she moved onto my second son. This cut wasnâ€™t as bad except for the huge patch of hair in the back that was left too long and is just standing straight up. Also not blended. At this point my oldest son saw the outcome and ducked out. Since my daughter was just a trim we let her go. The girl was sweet and gave us plenty of opportunity to change our mind about getting the kidsâ€™ hair cut. If she really didnâ€™t want to do them I would have rathered that honesty instead of the poor cuts they received.

Glad to see respect and care of stylist giving them floor mates back finally! A step in right direction of your employees physical well being; still need another step towards stylist well being! Need to comply with state board restrictions not in compliance at present time!

The technical knowledge is very poor. Expensive. After my hair dye (she colored like you using shampoo!!!) I am loosing my hair very badly. Be very careful.

go in there 30 minutes b4 close and they always have 3 hair dressers that are free but they always say they have appointments. just close at 530 instead of 6 if u arent going to take any appointments 30 minutes b4 close, dont lie to me
