I absolutely love this braiding shop. The ladies are very nice and really make you feel at home. Their service is fast, I'm never in there longer than 2 hours! I recommend this shop to anyone in the Memphis area who want good quality African braids... I love them!!!

My hair wasn't braided very neatly. The stylist who braided my hair seemed to make up a random price to charge me. The only good thing I can say is that they are quick.

I went to this salon 2 weeks ago to get micro braids. My hair looks like it's a month old. I contact the salon a few days after service to inform them my braids were coming down in the back. Not only were they coming down but they were bigger then the ones around my edges. The lady I spoke with said I could come in and she would fix. She gave me a specific time to be there and when I got there she said she was working on someone else head and the client has somewhere to be therefore she has to finish her head. I was very pissed because their shop is 30 minutes for were I stay. I'd gotten a babysitter for the time they needed to fix my hair and she tells me she'll call once she's down with the other client. That was unacceptable, your job is the ensure your clients are happy. I was happy when I left but 5 days later I was very unsatisfied with my hair. I can understand they want to get the client out as soon as possible but I do believe in quality. And if I'm paying $200 for my braid I would like them to be long lasting and able to wear it down or in a style. I couldn't even wear my hair down bc the braids were soooo big in the back. I knew something was off when they didn't use the whole 2 bags of hair. They only used 1 and half bags. Long story short I will not be going back to this shop.

These ladies are extremely nice and quick! Great customer service as well! I came in to get box braids, and the finished job is phenomenal! First time customer too!
