I really would give it a -10 because I called before i left work to see if they would do my hair and as soon as I get there no one would come to the door. Nobody wants to wait outside of this ratchet ass place to get robbed. Horrible customer service for this reason. Now I have to find somewhere at the last minute!

If you want PLASTIC SYNTHETIC BLEND hair that lasts 1 MONTH... This is your hair store. If you want REAL VIRGIN hair that will last you 1 YEAR+... I would suggest you go elsewhere. When I found out their hair was not real, he would not give me a refund. Mind you, it was a couple hours after I purchased it (I had not installed it). He suggested that I "sell the bundles to my friends." Note: How I found out the hair was Remy blend hair was because when I left the shop & held the hair up to the sun, I could see different colored strands (black, brown, blonde, red). And also, the bundles had that beauty supply store plastic scent. The girl that does hair in the back is rude also. She quit doing a clients hair just to come out and argue with me. (How unprofessional!!) I was telling the owner that the hair smelt like plastic/Barbie hair and the girl came out to tell me, "maybe the hair smelt like plastic because of the plastic bags that it's been in." Huh!??? What kind of a "professional cosmetologist" says that?? I asked her, "Does the food you buy smell like plastic even thought they are kept in plastic bags?" She's just rolled her eyes & went back into her "salon." Also it is weird that you have to ring a buzzer to enter and exit. So basically, he could have locked you into the shop. There's sooo much more u could say. These are just the basics! They are scammers...Don't waste your hard earned money. **You've been warned**

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing this hair to even my WORST enemy! I had the hair for 3 days, (didn't put any product on it) was told it will last 1 year. After 3 days the hair became dry, brittle, started breaking, an in less than 2 weeks I had to have it uninstalled. NEVER AGAIN! DISGUSTING TO think someone would get over on people like this.
