I was in desperate need of a haircut and I’ve had bad experiences with people not knowing how to cut my hair. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken back to be shampooed which was awesome with the head massage that they give you. Jackie did an amazing job cutting my hair. She she did exactly what I wanted and it was an overall relaxing experience. I will definitely be back with Jackie in the future.

They were able to fit me in last minute which was awesome..all I needed was a trim and Chelsea did an amazing job!! My hair feels and smells amazing! I’ve only been here a couple times and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience!!

Platinum is AWESOME I come here for all my coloring needs and Bekah always kills it!! This time around I got a quote over the phone that was a little bit confusing and they were completely awesome and understanding about it and stood by their quote over the phone (for which they graciously discounted me $45). Not saying this is the place to go to haggle prices, but they really are honorable about their word, and I respect the employees and management so much!!! You rock, platinum!!!

Tori did a full highlight on me and did an incredible job!!! She fully understands the needs of blondes and treats your hair as she would treat her own! She’s the best!! Great customer service and nice salon.

Just got a haircut from Bekah and it was great! They were able to fit me in last minute, and the massage during the shampoo was amazing. Was pleasantly surprised when checking out to hear that it was only $45! Will definitely be back.
