Stacey is the only stylist I will go to and that says a lot my hair is very important to me

I just wanna give a shout out to Stacey at Great Clips on Coldspring. AN amazing stylist. Today i took my son into get his haircut. My son is on the autism.spectrum and haircuts can be a rather anxiety filled, very intense process for both my 5 year old son and I. Walking in the salon gave me anxiety alone..until i met the wonderful Stacey .I told her about my son and what to expect and immediately reassured me she would work with him at his level. She took the time out to make my son comfortable and sat with him in the waiting area, cleverly figured out ways to work along with his needs, went completely at his pace n made sure his well being was priority..and when things got tough she reassured me that it was all gunna be okay. Shes now my FOREVER stylist lol. She even let my son watch his favorite movie on her phone . My son has never sat threw a hair combing, scissors AND a blending without extreme meltdown. Today was the first🤞💓💓💓💓. Ive never experienced this level of care, reassurnace, and assisting for my sons special needs (and mine) by any stylist except Stacey. Great Clips.has cut my sons hair 3 times now and while ive experienced other amazing stylists at different locations..not every one has a "Stacey" and today i needed her...and so did my son. Thank you Stacy AND staff for the wonderful experience. I no longer have to fear haircuts. #foundmyforeverstylist #autismadvocacy #happymomma

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Went in for a haircut Ladie did nothing I asked for and messed up my hair bad. Cut way shorter then I asked for. Left it uneven in places. Was just a hack job. Was better off just going to $5 haircut. She wasn't even a nice employee. Atfer this i did go to the 10230 W National Ave, West Allis Wi Location to have it some what fixed wasn't much she could do because of how much she took off but Stephanie at the West Allis great clips did her best and also was a very nice employee. Don't think I'll go back I usually go to cost cutters. But I would not recommend going to the 76th one If you wanna go to great clips and deal with nice employees West Allis great clips and to Stephanie is where I would recommend you to go. Even tho She didn't 100% cut my hair ever. She fixed what she could and did a good job for what she had to go off. Send that 76th cold spring Ladie to $5 hair cut on 74th Greenfield in West allis.

Been going there for years, even when they were up the road. Katy is great, she's been the manager there for a while. She must do a good job, because the hold on to employees for a long time.
