04/19/2018 this time I saw Karaline for a cut and highlight. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to recreate it. She did an awesome job!!! Great service once again! 10/17/17 another visit, haircut with Katherine, another positive experience. Seems like every time I come here I get someone who is clearly enjoying what they do and that shows in the fantastic work I have done for me. Thanks again! I had Audrey, she was wonderful. I left the shade decision up to her and she did just beautiful work. Took time to make sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend her, she has some serious skills.

I had a stylist seriously screw up my hair on a highlighting appointment. The next day I called and asked for someone to fix it, Brett kindly rescheduled me for the same day with Kristin. I was so thankful to have had Brett take charge and get me into the next available appointment to get everything fixed. Kristin was AMAZING. She worked on fixing my hair for free (since it was a full redo), with such passion and diligence. She assured me with everything she was going to do, explaining in detail the math and precision behind her ideas. I love her!!! She is amazing. I was pleased to see I could transfer the tip I gave the lady who goofed up my hair, to Kristin who saved it. Also, the team leader with blonde hair (whose name escapes me) was so understanding and helpful for my situation, immediately providing me with service. I am so thankful that they were able to help me turn this disaster into an amazing and energizing situation. Thank you Brett, Kristin and Team lead!!!
