If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. I went here yesterday after a year of no hair cut and I had long, beautiful, thick hair down to my hips. Becky, and no not Becky with the good hair (trust me), was rude to me from the start just because I asked her how much is it for a blow-dry. She rudely said she doesn’t have time for one, even though I simply asked a price since they don’t have them listed. Anyways, she BUTCHERED my hair.. I wish I could attach a pic, worst haircut of my life. I asked for soft layers and a U-shape and she gave me a mullet/mushroom bowl cut and literally was done in 15 min. I knew something was wrong but I left there with wet hair so didn’t see until I got home and dried it. Please please do NOT step foot in here, for the same price you can go up the street on Queensway to New Beginnings, where they are hair goddesses.. I honestly felt depressed after this haircut but New Beginnings gave me my confidence back.

I wish I could post pictures to show you what I wanted and what I was GIVEN. I walked in wanting to cut my hair off due to my Daughter pulling my hair all the time! So anyways I showed the woman what I wanted which was a super nice Bob style with a side bang, what I got? Just a straight normal cut to my bloody chin while I sat there awkwardly as the woman barley even made conversation with me! I even felt the scissors against my skin! It turned out fine but I feel like she just cut it the way SHE wanted and to hell with me, probably because it was an hour before closing... I wouldn't recommend going unless you want half ass of what you asked for.. Never again

I took time to plan ahead to make an appointment and they just canceled it when I showed up. They admitted their fault, but offered no solution.

Would not recommend this salon. Hairstyle was not done correctly at all/all falling out and had to be fixed else where. We were then charged way over price for a poorly done hairstyle and the situation was handled very unprofessionally. Don't waste your time or money.
