Not happy

Was there Jan2 2023. Asked for my hair to be stripped of the dark hair dye that I put in a week earlier. I thought that she understood me however now I still have very dar hair with streaks. The cost was extremely expensive and I will never go back agaian.

I have got 2 haircuts from this salon and the first one was not bad, but the second time was my last. The cut is uneven, told the hair stylist to leave length up at the top and she only left it right at the front. Brutal cut. I have to resort to wearing caps now or to shave my head to start over. Unfortunately very few hairdressers know how to cut and style. While the majority think they know everything but cant cut hair if their lives depended on it. Not recommended for mens hair. Stay away. In my opinion Male hairdresser is better than female. Go to a barber.

My boyfriend has very long hair and went to Hair Mode for a trim. He went to Becky and when he specifically asked for a trim, he ended up with trimmed hair with a layer of short bits on the left side underneath his hair making his hair look uneven and unpleasing to the eye. Heâ€™s been growing out his hair for a long time (almost 2 years) and now has to either shave it all so itâ€™s even with his short bits or has to shave his neck really high up. Iâ€™m really unimpressed by this, I donâ€™t get how she either didnâ€™t notice that or didnâ€™t say anything, both unprofessional especially when he never asked her to go near his neck. We will not be returning.

I went in to get an undercut and bangs, Tammy listened to what I wanted and I really felt like she was on the same wavelength as me. She did an amazing job! The ladies at the salon all seemed very kind and wiling to help each other and I loved the time I was there!

This salon has the most amazingly talented hair stylists!! If you get the chance, book with Tammy. She is so knowledgable, kind hearted, hard working and will over exceed your expectations! I had such a wonderful experience coming here. Definitely will be coming back!!
