First visit to Carolyn's one month ago, and it won't be my last thanks to Sharon. I booked my appointment with Sharon based on her expertise listed on the shops website. Sharon was fabulous, she asked questions about my hair routine and any health history while looking over and feeling my hair structure. She made some suggestions which we discussed before proceeding to do my hair, I left very happy. I recently went back for a color, Sharon went to a file box and retrieved a card where she had recorded my hair type and what had been done during my previous visit. This card of course was dated and showed a list of the products Sharon used. Once again I left very happy. Sharon is so professional, she really cares about her clients, and I couldn't be happier having her look after my hair needs. Thanks a bunch Sharon Sincerely Janet M.

Great Place!! Just went in to find a wig and the lady at the front was wonderful. Very helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Prices are good for the quality. I'm very happy with my experience. I will be returning. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place, Itâ€™s clean and the staff are pleasant and friendly, Carolyn & Kelly are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I have been going to this shop for a very long time, and I must say this place is the best in Durham Region. Carolyn & Kelly will Greet you when you walk in and help to answer all your questions, if you are looking for amazing hair care and other products this is the place to go.

I always get amazing service when I visit Carolyn's for my supplies! I've been coming here for the better part of 15 years and I wouldn't dream of buying supplies anywhere else. The staff are all very knowledgeable as they work hands on with the products they sell and will always give you an honest recommendation.
