A Great place to get a haircut. The staff is great and you can actually check in online. I always give a nice tip. I prefer Great Clips over some of the other chains. You aren't just a number at Great Clips.

Most of my experiences here have been great. Always a friendly staff and good customer service. As a military member, I only get one style of hair cut so I cannot review about other styles and that is why I am only rating this review as a 4 star.

Recently I had stylist Taylor wash/trim/style my hair, she did a fabulous job!! However, I noticed when I was there last, a man was complaining of his children not being able to get the military discount and made a huge fit about it and said how he would leave a bad review. I saw how nasty he was to her and my heart sank. I feel it is my duty to make sure that this facility receives reckognition for having a great staff. It’s not fair that most people leave negative reviews when they are having a bad day and never leave one for a great review when they have had a wonderful visit. So shout out to Taylor for doing a great job, keep you’re head up and don’t let nasty people like that bring you down!

I had a bad experience at another place in town and now I've been regularly going to the Great Clips located in south Crestview for close to two years now, and I will continue coming back! The hair stylists have always been courteous and listen to whatever I ask in regards to my haircut. The stylist who now regularly cuts my hair, Molly, has always done a great job and I generally get a lot of compliments on one aspect of how my hair was cut, or another. She takes her time and ensures that you leave with a feeling of satisfaction, plus she makes you feel right at home from the time you walk in. I've never felt like I was being ignored, or that my haircut was rushed and done poorly. I have zero complaints about this location, and like I said I will keep on coming back!

My daughter and I walked into Great Clips today at 5:15pm. We were finally acknowledged at 5:25pm. The lady asked what we wanted quite rudely. I explained to her that we were here to get my daughters hair cut and she told us that they wouldn't be cutting my daughter's hair today because it was 5:25pm and there were 3 people ahead of us. It states on page 21 chapter 5 section 5.2 of their own employee manual "Accepting customers until the posted closing time of the salon, even if it requires you to stay a little longer than you had hoped for." Every employee signs this policies and procedures manual during their hiring process. We were not treated with courtesy or respect and were rudely turned away well before the posted closing time.
