Angelica was wonderful! We received a warm welcome upon arrival. We didn't have an appointment but we were checked in quickly. Angelica was wonderfully patient with my curious 16 month old who wanted to see what she was holding at every turn. She ascertained what I was looking for regarding style and length and checked in with me throughout the cut. Of course it wasn't necessary because she was doing a wonderful job and his hair cut turned out super cute despite his wiggles. She also listen when I explained he was too young for the booster chair (you'd be surprised how many suggest he sit on it despite my continued protest as he looks older than he is). Definitely going back!!!

Whether it's Janese, Debbie, Sophie or Katy, these ladies can cut any type of hair & never try to over sell a product. Truly the best in Apopka👍

I just want to start out by saying I am NOT one to write reviews. I have NEVER wrote a bad review on anyone or any business. I have been to this Great Clips numerous times in the past and not had any issues however this time I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that will never make me return again! Had hair down to my hips. Went in to get a long bob as I was going on a trip to Europe. I should mention right off the bat that I went in 4 different times. Gave them 4 chances to fix their mistake. I went in prepared. Took numerous pictures of what I was looking for. The first time I got 7 inches taken off. Hair looked NOTHING like what I asked for. I went back, the woman I saw didn't listen to a thing I said. Went back again, saw a different woman who I normally see who is VERY sweet. She then cut off 3 additional inches but before that the sorry excuse of a "manager" Jackie came over and spoke to me like a child to give me what felt like a lecture. "You need to realize what your expectation versus reality is. Your hair probably won't look like these pictures" ACTUALLY JACKIE, I have had the cut I am asking for NUMEROUS times in the past. I left upset but didn't want to make a scene in the salon. Went home and realized that they cut out a huge piece of my hair on the right side of my head! At this point there is a CHUNK of hair missing. So here I am, had a full head of hair, I trusted them to give me a great cut, at this point they have cut off 10 inches of my hair and a chunk is missing from the right side. When I brought it up to them for the FOURTH time, they suggested I part my hair another way to cover it up and told me it wasn't noticeable. The manager was NO help. If anything she was condescending. That is the worst management i've dealt with. I am exceptionally upset because I stressed the importance of this cut as I am going on a big trip and this team didn't care at all. Thankfully I found someone elsewhere at another salon that was HAPPY to fix it for me and was sympathetic for what I went through. As I stated, I will NEVER return to this location again which is actually sad as my usual stylist is very sweet and we got along great but when you cut off 10 inches of someone's hair and then take a chunk out of it, they won't be coming back.
