Started out being a fairly good place. Then found myself waiting 45 mins or more for a scheduled appointment, or being called telling me I missed an appointment. No , you just can find smart enough people to take a simple call and schedule an appointment. Then screwing up yet again tell me to come in at 4:00 and there are four people in front of me and of course as usual you are way behind,then telling me to be patient? Sweetheart , I have been been way patient but not anymore. And then one of your clients thinks I was inviting her into our conversation. Seriously? Get with it. And saying how you aren't Super woman. Well that's one thing you got right. Can guarantee that the good posts are her friends the ones that tip her $4.00 too funny.

I am NEVER going back to this place. We are new to the area and tried this place out wish I never did. Both my daughter's hair were well down their backs and they wanted something new. One has curly and the other straight. Even though I explained exactly what I wanted and didn't want for both they still managed to wreck both of my daughters hair. I told the lady her hair gets super curly like kinky and that she should cut at a certain spot I even pointed to it. She cut above it I said a stacked angled bob and got an all around cut that was shorter then what I asked for. And I had to point out her part was all over the place and not straight its so short and off there isn't much that can be done to fix it. My daughter liked it at first but when she got home she cried bc it was sooo short and sticking out weird and frizzy. My other daughter I kept saying layers and it was supposed to be a bob as well but to right about her shoulders it is uneven and jagged and looks as if there are two different hair styles she cried after she felt the back and even said mommy it isnt even. I told a neighbor and she said she has heard really bad things about this place and WOULD NEVER GO here. The entire time both women asked for help from another and she didnt do much better. Before we left I made it clear I wasnt happy at all. She even had the nerve to say oh her hair does get really curly. Why would I have lied about that ????? Now I feel horrible that I just didnt take my girls to where I go Aveda. I'm sorry but this place is awful. The mans hair one lady did was good so if your a man you might have better luck. Also my daughters have had simular cuts but in long form and the layers added great depth and movement she said her hair being one color is why they didnt show well. I wish I could post pictures that is how ridiculous the cuts are.
