I usually don't write reviews but I have had my hair done at many places and I feel like this by far has been the best Ive had my hair out of all of them. I usually see Tayrn and she does an amazing job, I always get exactly what I want, especially with color. I went someone else that was closer to home and I was greatly dissapointed where I went last time. The hair dresser wouldnt take the time to listen to what I was wanting. I felt like she was rushed to get somewhere and I told the lady that I wanted a cooler tone hair color closer to my eyebrow color which is like a dark blondeon the cool side and that i had wanted my bangs under my eyebrows. I heard her kept saying that she was going to add silver toner to one of the other ladies and i had said no I don't want that. Well guess what, I walk out of that salon with grey/silver hair and my bangs were crooked. one side of them was a little longer than my eyebrows and the other side was above my eyebrows. I pay over 100 dollars to get my hair color done right. I went back to Ulta to see a different stylist named Tricia. She was very kind and actually broke down the step before she put anything in my hair so I would understand what was going on. She took her time to make each strand she was coloring right. She showed me all the different color swatches so we could really make sure. What Ive appreciated with both Tricia and Tayrn is that they actually take their time. I set time to get my hair color done, even if it take 3-4 hours. I pay over 100 dollars for my hair color and just like every other girl, we just want our hair to look presentable.I was very pleased. Also there was a new salon manager, I believe his name was Robert, he was very heartwarming and offered me coffee while I was getting my hair done. I felt comfortable and relaxed that my hair was going to be done the way I wanted it to be done. So thank you, I highly recommend them. Make an appointment with them, and be patient if it takes longer than you expect because I was very happy with the results. :)

I personally do not like this store, the cashier was very rude and only one person in the store offered help, I asked the cashier if I could use my double points for my birthday, she lied and told me I had to use it on my actual b-day, seems this store does not like black customers with the way everything played out during my visit, I will not go to this store again

I have been at this location 3 times in just the last month. I can't ever find anyone to help and when I went to checkout the cashiers were on edge and giving attitude to several customers.

On my most recent trip to this location I was very disappointed. I wanted to find a new foundation as well as purchase a few skin care items and a new anti wrinkle cream. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money. I literally walked every makeup aisle and not one single person approached me to help. I left empty handed that day and took my business to Sephora.

Cosmetics paradise. Sweet staff that is helpful without the following you around the store like a shadow. Lots of makeup lines with testing options. I must say I prefer Ulta to Seph0ra and M@c.
