Omg what an excellent experience! Liz did my hair and I was absolutely treated with the the utmost excellent service. I got a massage while waiting for my hair color to set in. I got my greys covered and she put in very natural highlights. My scalp felt great! No burning sensation like i get at other places. I LOVED it.

I've been going to this salon for over a decade and you won't find a better one in Miami. As a former stylist, I would not go anywhere else to get my hair done. The team is wonderful and they are some of the best in the industry. I've never left with anything but wonderful hair. I would trust any of them to cut or style my hair, but Lisbeth and Scot Alan are my favorite. I would highly recommend them if you want the best hair you've ever had. I can't say enough good things about their skills and personality. I've seen celebrities styling their hair there, but everyone always comes out looking like a million bucks. Highly recommend them:)

The older lady at the front desk Paulina is RUDE!! If you're satisfied with your haircut then I'm sure you are treated like an actual paying client. However, if you have a complaint about the cut, be prepared to catch an attitude. I'm beyond disappointed. If you have curly hair DO NOT GO TO NICOLE!!! After explaining to her that when my hair isn't layered right it will leave an actual step in my hair, she assured me that she could fix it..... only to leave me with a very short layer and the hair under thinned out so much that it looks terrible. One of the worst cuts that I've ever had. I will say that I love the color. I called to see about just getting the colors she used and going to another salon to have my hair done. The owner said for new to come in and he would consult with me re: my hair and make it right. Well, after waiting almost an hour for the owner to arrive they refused to provide a service to me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

Love the salon! I've had my hair done by Nicole on numerous occasions and I am always more than satisfied. Nicole is the bomb at doing hair and she's an awesome person too!

I always have a great experience at this salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. Nicole has been doing my hair for years, and has accommodated me through many different colors. My hair always looks great. 😎😎
