I called Truu with an idea of what I wanted. They said they could do it. I even came in the day before for a consultation and the stylist insisted she could do it. I trusted the stylist based on reviews. The stylist mentioned that she only had a couple of years of experience.
She seemed to be cautious, but to the point of being so overly cautious that I wound up spending over $300 on NOTHING. Afterwards, she was very complimentary about how great my hair looked, but yet we had to step outside in the sun to be able to detect any barely decernable streaking. When I got home, I realized my hair looked exactly the same as before I came in. I asked my sister-in-law, who was a hair stylist for over 20 years, what they SHOULD have done. I called back and made an appointment for a color correction, and two days beforehand, someone from the salon called me to basically give me a round and around argument. They did not agree with what my sister told me, and shortly I realized that they were refusing to honor the color correction promise. So, I quit engaging in her pointless "run around" and ended the call. Unfortunately, I spent a whole lot of money for NOTHING.
