I gave this place a good review and as much as I hate to give a small business bad reviews. I have to on this one. She rushed, had me waiting OVER an hour for an appointment I set a month ago. She said nothing, she just had me waiting. And when she did my loc retwist she twisted the roots but not the lox with all the new growth fuzzies. The ONLY thing she did right was the braids. They looked very nice. $10 braids good, $65 retwist horrible!!!!! My girlfriend is causation, maybe she was racist I don’t know. My girl said she was very beautiful. Or maybe she didn’t value our time. Stay blessed Google. I wish I could have given her zero stars, the job she did on my retwist sucked!!! And she said “the retwist will come out when you wash them. Usually the salon tells me don’t wash until the new growth start to loc. SHE SAID NOTHING. The twist weren’t even fully twisted as you can see after I removed the braids. That’s NEVER happened. I’m really upset!🤬I might as well just went by her sallon and gave her $65 for nothing!

I called for an appointment I was worried at first, No lie because I didn't see any pictures of Loc's . Jennifer Exceeded my expectations of what I wanted and Loc's was not even her specialty, Now she can add it to the list because she has me as a client from now on, and $$ was a great price. I don't know why people are traveling to Orlando and Lakeland .

Jackie was the best stylist ! My hair was awesome. Loved it ! It took sometime. She kept me comfortable and has tons of more services I can’t wait to try !!
