I came in earlier in the week and I had Kelley tone and style my hair and she was amazing. I had gotten my hair bleached at a different salon and my regrowth was starting to get more golden blonde than platinum blonde. She toned it to a perfect color to match my ends and styled my hair effortlessly. She was sweet, easy to talk to and extremely professional. I highly recommend her for any service and plan to have her do my hair in the future.

Went there today, 09/12/18, usually a hair stylist or barber would have me ALWAYS face the mirror. Not here Sheryl, THE BARBER reminded me of when my mother cust my hair with the dog clippers when I was 12, we called it a butch. I asked for a 4 on the top and close on the side like off my ears and tapered , something akin to a "military" cut. I was furious, she said tough, you asked for a military cut, I told her that I wanted it off my ears and up the back like a military, never was military anywhere referred to on the main portion of my head. Hey I'm 66 years old, it looks just terrible. She kept telling me that that's what I asked for and that it was on camera and that it too bad. She pulled out her phone to take a picture, which I did not authorize. She has subjected me to ridicule and scorn. It might have been ok when I joined the Army in 1969 but not at my age. Her name is SHERYL. I highly recommend that all you folks stay away from this clip joint no pun intended. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY!

Wife and I went here to get our hair cut, there was only 2 stylist working when we walked in shortly after 10am. We were told there would be a 10 to 15 min wait, 30 minutes later my wife was called back to have her hair done and shortly there after another stylist came in and and made the comment to another customer who walked in behind her that it would be a wait as the others where busy and she had an 11am appointment coming in, this was at 1040. At 1105 she told me if her client did not show in the next 10 minutes she would take care of me. Told her never mind as soon as my wife was done we would go else where

I called and asked if they can performed a "fade" hair cut. I was told yes with great confidence. To make a long story short the person attending me had no clue and basically just learned on the fly. What pisses me off is that I asked if she's ever done it and again she replied "yes a million times". Well I guess after a million times you should at least have an idea how to use the equipment to perform the job. If I they were just honest and said they don't specialize in that but we can try, i would be ok with that, but to lie to me like I'm a dumba** and do a hack job then charge me full price is just a slap in the face. I'm very disappointed. No I will never return or recommend.
