Terrible company! I placed an order with them online for their wavy shampoo/conditioner and realized it wasn’t hydrating enough for my hair. I contacted them via phone and spoke with Tish. She said to send an email explaining the exchange and that it would be no problem. I wrote the email and they responded by telling me to send the products back, that they would exchange them for the curly line. I sent the products and it has now been over 3 weeks without any word from them. I have been trying to contact them via email/phone to sort everything out and they won’t even respond. I have left messages and nothing. I really hate to leave a negative review as I like their products, but I cannot stand by without voicing my complaint. Such a shame...you would have had a customer for life! I do not recommend this company, no attention to customer service!
