ADRIANA always leaves my hair cuts how I want it , she is such a nice and out going person , I really recommend her ! She’s always positive and welcomes me very well ! I’m definitely coming back ! You guys are a 100 star rate !

Tracy has provided a fantastic color process for my hair. Janelle applied the color and expertly cut and styled my hair on all three of my visits. They are all welcoming and friendly. I went to this Supercuts today, there is 3 stylists the only one with the customer is the Asian girl. I heard the one in the office saying wait for 5 mins,, we wait for 12 mins, until the Asian girl get them because she keep apologizing to us for waiting. Why u let your customer wait that long ? You need to learn how to prioritize your customers.

Terrible haircut. Explained what I wanted but was completely ignored. Cut as stylist wanted without interest in what I asked for. Her comment: so what if it is to short it will grow back. Never again.

Don't try to walk in. 3 tries at it and it's been more than an hour wait each time. "No appointment necessary" is true but do yourself a favor and make one.
