I highly recommend you find another spa to spend your hard earned money at. I came down with a stomach bug and could not go to my massage with my sister and they told her it would be a $25 cancellation fee which was totally understandable. After her massage they charged her for the full price of my massage as well as a credit card fee. I called the owner and she would not return my calls. My sister's massage was "just okay" and not worth the money especially after she ended up with multiple dark bruises hours later from her deep tissue massage. Terrible customer service!!

I highly recommend staying away from this place. To begin with, from the initial phone call, she couldn't stop mentioning her tip. Once I got to the appointment and began filling out the questionnaire, in big bold letters it reminds you of the tip. Then once I got into the session she was so stingy with her products she was basically rubbing my skin raw, and yet again once the massage was over as she went to step out to let me get dressed, she mentioned her tip again. It was so off putting that she was more concerned about her tip rather than the satisfaction of the client. this was a gift someone gave me, and it honestly was not enjoyable. Not to mention the building has extremely poor air conditioning, its hot and humid in there wich makes the experience even more uncomfortable. I'm a regular client of of another local spa, I get regular facials and massages there ever 6 weeks. I'm fully aware of spa ettiquiette and was extremely disappointed in this business.

Great Place for a proffessional massage. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere where you leave feeling special at a fair price. Try them out and you will become a regular.

Absolutely loved this spa! The staff was very courteous and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. They offer everything from Facial's, Massage's, Hair and Nail service's, Waxing and Permanent Makeup! I would recommend booking with Gretchen or Debra both are amazing! Hands down best day spa in town!!
