Very bad service and unprofessional , i got nightmare after cut by one young girl . She cut side of my hair and asked me Is it OK ? I am assuming she was asking for the side , then she suddenly cut a lot top of my hair like the side . I shout her , what did you do ? She assuming I am Ok with top hair are thin like side hair. How can be top hair will be thin like side hair? That is ridicuous and unprofessional .

I haven't done anything to my hair like this in over a decade because I fried it when I was younger and was afraid of doing so agian. I took a leap of faith and trusted a professional and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Mrs. Jane at cuts by us in Callaway by Walmart. Didn't get a before picture, but this lady did a wonderful job. Obviously it looks a little orange and that's to be expected on the first time on dark hair. In a month or so I'll go back and get it redone to get it the blonde I want. Balayage is what got done. Highly recommend!!!! I walked out of there with a huge smile and almost cried I love my hair so much!!!!

I walked in this salon with hair that is best described as a hurricane. It needed a cut and color so bad. Madison was the one who transformed me with such a beautiful cut and color. I’m so much more confident now and feel beautiful. She was so friendly and kind. You could tell when a regular customer came in because she would greet them and make a joke with them. I knew she could tell I was a little bit more shy and on the introverted side so she didn’t prod me for conversation too much, but when we did talk, it felt like she was my friend and full of laughs. I will always go back to her and any salon she goes to. All of the stylists here were so nice and invested in the outcome of my hair. Usually, sitting at a hair salon for hours is unbearable but I found myself relaxed and enjoying my time here with all of the friendly and fun stylists. Highly recommend.

So I asked the lady if she can do 4c hair (black people hair) natural over the phone she said yes we do. So when I got there we started with the wash and the wash was good and all but once we got to blow drying my hair that’s when it went downhill she didn’t part it to blow dry and she didn’t style it afterwards plus she couldn’t do a trim like I asked her to do she only cut like little pieces off.

I recently had an extremely positive experience at this location with the stylist named Haley. She gave me the exact cut I wanted. What I really appreciated about how Haley cuts hair is that she explains what she is going to do before she executes it. Haley also checks to see whether you are okay with how things look. You can tell that she really wants you to love your cut. I definitely recommend Haley and can't wait to return once my hair grows out.

I went there today to get my hair cut into a long layered bob. Had a picture and all labeled "long layered bob". After waiting for here to come back from the bank. I showed he the picture I told here that I didn't want it shattered that I wanted the layers point cut. Not sure of the terminology here I am not the one that went to school for this, anyway she argued with me and told me that the picture was just textured and not layered????? I felt like if I let her go at it she would have done a quick shatter and destroyed my hair. I told her "Nope, take off my cape I am not comfortable about her cutting my hair and I left. Stand there and argue with me on how I WANT MY hair to be cut.. What the >>>>? I will not go back and will not recommend this place. STAY AWAY! I wouldn't even give it a one star really.
