I have been to this location in the past so I thought I would return for a (mens) cut. Overall cut was (just)OK however the area I specifically had an issue was completely ignored. Stylist told me how much better my hair was after her cut but when I pointed to my specific concern she did not cut it. Told me it would stick up if she cut it. Knew then I was in the wrong hands and if I explaining it further could have been a disaster so said fine and got out of there. Disappointing.

I thought Paula had very little to work with when I made the app but it turned out great. Will go there when we come back to Panama City beach this winter. Very pleased!
