I wanted to take my hair from ordinary to cute and sassy and was a little nervous about going to yet another stylist, but Erika is so personable and caring that she quickly put me at ease. Erika gave me a new cut and though she didn’t remove a lot of hair, she gave me the sassy cut I wanted, which is easy to style myself. Not only did friends compliment my new do, but total strangers did too! She covered the grays, and it looks natural. She finished it off with a fantastic, product that gave my naturally limp hair instant long-lasting volume without heaviness. In my book that’s incredible. I went again last week for a haircut and she tried a new line of product on my hair by Monat (professional shampoo and deep hair conditioning system) and never has my hair felt so silky soft, light and fresh, leaving my scalp tingling -- it felt like I had a refreshing scalp massage. Erika has a knack for finding great products that actually work on my hair and she's a skilled stylist. I look forward to future visits.

It was worth the 20min + drive from Melbourne. I had a wonderful experience. The costumer service was beyond amazing. I felt really welcomed and at home. Erica did an incredible job on my hair. I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror. I couldn’t be happier. It’s one of those rare treasures where they listen and offer suggestions on how to improve your look. Definitely will be back!

Erika does my hair top notch every time! She takes her time to talk about the style and color you want. She has a great new Vegan product she shampooed my hair with and it felt silky smooth! Love going to Twinstyle!

* * * * * Erika just nailed it!!! * * * * * Recently moved back to the area and been growing my hair for several years; You can imagine how skeptical I was looking for a new hair stylist. Boy I'm glad I found this hidden gem. While I waited for my appointment I got to see first hand how passionate she is about her work and her commitment to provide every customer with a great haircut and experience. As a new customer Erika not only took the time to listen to my wants and needs, but also took time to inform and educate me on their unique products and services. I couldn't be happier with the haircut, attentive to detail and service I received.
