The makeup I like is very expensive so I was happy to see they had a special promotion that gave you an extra box of goodies. The sales girl knew nothing about it and when they finally figured it out, said the boxes weren't delivered. No raincheck, no nothing. And the coupon they gave me is only good for Ulta brand cosmetics, which I have not been impressed with. Think I will look for my favorite makeup online instead

Went there today with my mom and we were very happy with the customer service ladies at clinique section. They were lovely to work with. Check out was good except the lady who check us out did not know what a Discount Ulta Gift Card was. So we did not get to take advantage of the coupon.

Ulta Beauty has all the latest and lots of the tried and true. Seriously Ulta is clean, well-lit with products arranged for maximum display. The employees are eager to help and appear enthused and knowledgeable about their products and services. I like having Ulta closer to my home because now friends and I can run in whenever necessary. Thank you Ulta Beauty!!

Sales clerk and cashier very friendly and helpful providing recommendations. Store very clean and organized. Huge selection of products and could spend hours in the store. It was a fun experience.
