I went in and was greeted. I went in for a wash and trim. Initially when washing my hair, the lady was rough and pulled my hair but I thought nothing of it. I continued on to be seated for my cut. Normally a cut can last on average 15 minutes. This lady took a total of 5 minutes at most. Upon checking my hair, I noticed it was cut horribly. My layers did not flow together and it just overall looked very choppy. I asked the lady how long she had been a the salon and she said one year (not sure if she meant cutting hair). I went ahead and asked and she mentioned she was not Dominican but two ladies she worked with which were not there at the time were Dominican. The lady went ahead to charge $25 dollars for a cut which was not even $15 which is normally what’s charged on average at other places. Overall, I regret coming to this place and taking a chance on it. I was convinced by the good reviews but now feel mislead. I suggest that someone with more skill is left in charge and not someone with no skill in hair or people what so ever. Also, if I walk in to a Dominican salon I want to be styled by a Dominican.. i take careful hair of my hair and have had bad experiences in the past this now being added to the list.

this was my first time here, and i regret not getting the hair stylist name because she did a terrific job. I cut my hair into a bob and was really nervous to do so, because of a mess up. But the process was fast and amazingly done. She didn't rush and she cut the perfect amount. I am beyond in love with my hair and beyond satisfied with this salon. I recommend this salon to everyone. Great with my textured hair, which I was so nervous about. But everything went great, very friendly staff and always checking to see if i liked my hair or if it hurt. Just overall VERY SATISFIED will go again in the near future to get touch ups and etc.

Noemi is not only great person but real experience with hairs all types. Very honest from the get go. I have vey long and corse hair and she just does it great! I would let Any other person toych my hair. I recomend her to anybody.

Had appointment to do my for for wedding. I thought the stylist who didn't even introduce herself was going to burn my hair off. The style was very simple. curls did not hold for mor then an hour. I could have done a better job myself. I regret going. Very unhappy the day of my wedding. Do not recommend.
