The Buzz is an outstanding hair salon! I am 25 have been going to these wonderful ladies for over 15 years. The customer service is excellent, the quality is FANTASTIC, and they truly care about their clients. Not to mention, they are very skilled and professional. I constantly get compliments on my hair cut and color. Whether I come for a complete hair makeover or just a trim, I always leave the Buzz Zalon feeling fabulous. Also, the atmosphere is friendly and fun! I always look forward to my appointments at the Buzz (appointments are required) and I highly recommend this establishment

Horrible, paid for my girlfriends haircut, it looked good at first but after one wash it faded dramatically, it washed out. Girlfriend was furious, went back in and the hair dresser named Kari claimed nothing was different, continued to argue with her in front of people and raised her voice at the client (my girlfriend). Obviously, this woman is not educated or knowledgeable in how to actually do hair properly. Sorry but I would suggest looking for some other place that knows what they're doing.
