Went in for a root touch up and what I ended up with was a NIGHTMARE!!! Saw a woman named Vicki. While she did match the color of my hair, she went on to tell me I had some issues with the cut I had from my regular hairstylist. I showed her pictures of the angular inverted bob that I was going for. Both front and side views. As well as how I normally styled my hair since I went in there having worn a hat all day with bad hat hair. She said that she would just even out the back and I STRESSED numerous times to leave my front long so as to REMAIN below my clavical bone. I had also told her numerous times that my sister who had just had brain surgery was waiting in the car for me. With UTTER DISREGARD for my instruction on how I wanted my hair done, UTTER DISREGARD for the photos I showed her and explaining why it was important to keep my front long and asking her to NOT take any more off in the front, she cut it the way SHE felt my hair would look best! I nearly threw up!!!!!! She gave me a VERY short pageboy cut making my face look like the Pillsbury Doughboy!!!!!!!!! My sister wound up having to have her husband take off of work to come get her because it took 2 and a half hours for her to finish the Frankenstein haircut she gave me!!! NO HAIRSTYLIST COULD FIX WHAT SHE DID BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HAIR LEFT TO FIX!!! I wound up in tears all afternoon and wound up having to go buy a wig because I was beyond devastation that I would have to live with this for the next 6 months or more for it to grow back for me to start over!!!!! I would have walked out without paying but didn't want to be arrested. She claims to have 47 years of hairstyling experience and is in her late sixties! Just as they take away driver's license s when people get too old, she needs her beautician's license pulled! YOU LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU FREE REIGN AND EVEN THEN CUT THE WAY YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE GOING TO!!!! DON'T TELL THEM ONE THING AND CUT ANOTHER!!!!!! They were also very unprofessionally cutting each other down behind each other's back (Vicki and this blond woman with a bob who I assume was either the owner or manager).

The stylists were nice but my hair is jacked up!! I asked for the "Rachel" cut from friends came in with plenty of pics my hair was to my shoulders...the stylist (I won't name names) first cut my hair in the front in a diagonal line from my jaw line to the bottom of my hair so I lousy all that length that was supposed to be layered and then didn't even cut any layersInt my hair, just straight across the back..so I went back to try to fix it but now it just looks horrible like a bad 80s cut because the front was initially cut to short.. The second lady did what she could but I'm very unhappy with my cut.

The owner was sooooo rude so rude. Oh and I'm not talking about just to me I'm talking about to the workers, and to the other customers. I had Britney and my daughter had Sonia (5 * on there part) they did good with the products that they had but this is not a place for African American Natural hair blow outs. If it was not for the owner I would of at least let them continue to do us (my 2 girl and I) a deep conditioner twice a month but she ruined that.
