I had my first Keratin treatment done this past week by Geneci, my hair came out great! I would recommend this place to anyone. So happy to have found my new hair dresser :)

Balayage gone wrong! I don't recommend this place to anybody, I went to cut my hair but decided to have a Balayage to change my look to feel and look pretty. Unfortunately the lady that did my hair didn't have much experience ( I didn't know that) I saw the reviews were good and decided to try this place. Well now I regret it. I want a Balayage Ash color not so blonde, the lady spend 3 hours doing my hair, she went back and forth 3 times to prepare the product for my hair in the back of the salon instead of have a preparation table next to her to prepare everything, in the meantime my hair was getting lighter than I want it and she was rushing trying to finish quick but since don't have experience expend a lot time ruining my hair. It doesn't look natural at all. She not even know to cut hair or do a shampoo just not worth it. The owner was there and she even look mad when I refused to buy the hair products she offered to me. I'm stay at home mom and I spend a lot of money for nothing, now I'll have to wait and find somebody else to fix it. I don't like people that take vantage of others! They need to be honest or they will be losing credibility and costumers.

Great salon. I have african natural hair and they did a great job coloring in with no bleach blonde highlights.

I have had the same stylist for over 15 years and was in tears when I had to move across the country and knew I would not be seeing him any longer. I am writing this review as I am so utterly happy to have found Victor at this salon. Although it will never be the same as my stylist from so many years past he was fun to chat with and the cut was really great. I will be returning for sure.
