I was truly, disappointed in my service, what upset me so much is the simple fact I been there before for blowouts and send both my mother and sister there for treatments... am translation my hair from relax to natural so I make sure I asked the stylist to cut my hair first before highlights, she refused say it would be ok, after asking her to give me a taper cut she claim she didn’t know what that was, like seriously aren’t you a professional? My hair wasn’t highlighted correctly, ended up cutting all my hair off( so damn piss , not what I wanted and she show no care about me as a customer) and service that was supposed to cost $80 ended up being $125, I really disappointed because I travel from delay Beach just for my service to leave so unhappy, they surly lost a value customers along with my mother and sister

I came in for some type of hair treatment because my hair was super dry and Dull. As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed immediately. I let the stylist know what my concerns were with my hair and she assured me she knew just what I needed. She gave me a collagen treatment with my wash and set. My hair came out super shiny, soft and silky and just WOW !!! I’m so happy with my hair and the customer service I received. I came out a new woman. The prices are affordable. The manager Allan made sure I was pleased! I definitely recommend this place and i’ll Be back again.

I went in for wash and set. The price is 25 and up. I have short hair inches above my shoulder (relaxer). I clearly ask for the wash and set and after I was done, the lady asked me how much do they usually charge me. Like what? So you don't have your own price? She then said $40 I pointed out the price on the board and she tried to argue with me that she did more. I did not ask you for more. I clearly asked for a wash and set. The only reason I'm giving in 2 stars it's because my hair was nice but $40 instead of 25!is a bit too much smh

I have never had better color and cut ever. This was the first time I have ever had someone actually trim my hair vs. butchering the length. Intuitive stylist who made made me feel special and beautiful. I also never had a better shampoo either. LOVE LOVE LOVE
