I made my appointment two weeks ahead for 10 am. I showed up at around 9:50 because I wanted to get the haircut done as soon as possible because I had to go to work right after. At 10 it was still closed. I decided to wait a little in case there is a lot of traffic and the hairstylist is running late. I've waited for 40 MINUTES and no one showed up. I left to grab some breakfast and decided to call the place at 11. When I called apparently someone was there already so I said that I made an appointment for 10 and no one was there. The lady told me to come over. I did, even though I was already running almost an hour late for work. When I came in the lady was already busy with another customer. So I explained all the situation and she called the owner. Turns out whoever had to cut my hair is on vacation and my appointment was skipped somehow! I don't care who is on vacation or what's going on! I made an appointment and I showed up on time. Besides, that place had to be open from 10 am that day anyways, at least that's what the schedule on the door said. Usually places that don't open later than scheduled have to pay a fine to the owner of the plaza, and I hope they will. The owner of the salon told on the phone she'd be there in 15 minutes to cut my hair, and I've said I want my haircut for free, since I was late for work and that would be my compensation. I've got a refuse! The hairstylist in the salon took the phone from my hand and turned her back to me! Now the best part, that day was my Birthday! Thank you for such amazing special treatment for a special day
