I went to this salon yesterday to cut my hair. The lady that attended me did not speak any English at all. Fine, I speak decent Spanish but not well enough to convey what I wanted. I have very thin hair and at many other salons, the stylists know how to work with my hair type. For one, you should NEVER double wash thin hair and this lady washed my hair twice and rubbed my scalp extremely hard. Then she proceeded to put conditioner from my roots all the way to my ends. That's another HUGE no-no for thin hair. I would think that a hairstylist should understand basic hair cares "rules".I tried my best to explain to the lady (did not get her name) but she kept saying that she did not understand. All I wanted was a simple bob with layers. Also, her and the other lady that was working at the time kept gossiping about something while I was sitting there in the chair. Very unprofessional. I can't believe they charge $16 for this place.

Long story short, they literally dyed my hair the wrong colour, made me pay for it and ruined my hair. Absolutely unprofessional place and should've wrote this review sooner

One of the greatest place to do my hair, manicure and pedicure with Camila and Maibi. I'm extremely pleased with their hard work. Her team are amazing. Excellent customer service. The atmosphere of the place is nice. Highly recommended.

They are always great I love Nancy she is always accommodating so are all rhe other ladies and helpful and does a great job and Mavis the nail tech is also great
