The reason most people visit Ulta is to receive assistance with beauty needs. It's nice to have help matching and to figure out beauty concerns. However, I'm not happy with the service I've received at Ulta or have not received. I went into Ulta today to get help matching and foundation and finding a good moisturizer. Did not receive any help from the 5 lady's on the floor conversating with each other. The store was pretty empty but from reading other reviews this is usual behavior for the staff and unfortunately a regular practice. I called the store after leaving to get General Manager and Corp info to discuss my experience. Staff of course not helpful if you intend to complain. Not sure if bad reviews will improve service, but this is the second time this week. Just would like to be treated like my business is appreciated as a customer. Please treat ALL customers with a smile and great service, even ok services would be fine.

First time to the store and had no idea what I was looking for. Savannah helped me with my makeup and gave me a lot of great tips! The staff was super nice and I was even introduced to a stylist; she took the time to talk to me and find out what I was looking for before making an appointment. Great place and great artists here!!

I love Ulta. I Just dislike this location. The people that work here are not friendly and I find them to be arrogant and condescending. Brock, with Estee Lauder, who was there temporarily was very nice and helpful. Great store and products. Poor customer service.

Staff here is great but they are always out of stock on so many things! Ulta carries a great selection and as a platinum member, I love the deals I get. Location is very convenient as well and I always hit other stores in this shopping center.

I don't normally write reviews for places like this but I had a pretty bad experience here today. I don't know if I just came in on a bad day, but it was chaotic inside. There were lights out, employees shouting at each other from across the store, big boxes everywhere. I used to work in retail and it almost seemed like they were doing inventory? Or restocking? But they were doing it in the middle of the day, a busy day too (Valentine's Day) and it was very hard to move around the store. The employees were not very pleasant or helpful. Thankfully I knew what I needed to get before I walked in, but I could barely get down the aisles due to all of the boxes and employees sitting on the floor. I tried to slide past one and got rolled eyes and an annoyed huff. I get it, you have a lot of stuff to do and there's people milling about, but it's a store and you're being paid to be there. No need to be rude. Some of the products I looked at had clearly been opened before. When I asked an employee if she knew if the store had any more of that item, she just shrugged and walked away. 0/10, would not shop here again, I'll just go to Sephora next time. Or Walgreens.
